• RFR's can be obtained from an Allstate Business Insurance (ABI) Underwriter.
• Ask an ABI Underwriter to provide you with an RFR for risks that do not meet Allstate's quality standards.
• The ABI Underwriter will complete & sign an RFR and send it to you.
• Submit the RFR via email or fax to our office with your submission.
